A mainly food related blog - to document my adventures in the kitchen. Recipes are influenced by a combination of my Midwestern roots (Miracle Whip, white bread, jello-molds, and pickled bologna --- just kidding - I hate that stuff...) and my hubby's Caribbean roots (Scotch bonnet peppers, rice, fried pork, and dried cod).
